Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Chat to PDF website at chat-to-pdf.com and the Gemini to Word browser extension (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Kobaltstack LLC ("we", "us").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service does

The Gemini to Word extension exports conversations from Google Gemini into Word (.docx), PDF and Markdown files. Word and Markdown exports are created locally in your browser; PDF export uses the browser print dialog or an optional local conversion service.

License

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You agree not to resell, rent or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent, to modify or reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or to remove proprietary notices.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid access is offered as monthly, yearly and lifetime plans. Current prices and billing terms are shown in the extension's paywall before you pay. Billing is processed by our payment provider; you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give it.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee described there.

Your feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas — for example through our contact or uninstall forms — we may use them to improve the Service without restriction or compensation.

Third-party services

The Service works alongside third-party services such as Google Gemini, the Chrome Web Store, Google Forms and our payment provider. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute any part of the Service except as this Agreement allows.

Term and termination

This Agreement applies until you stop using the Service or we suspend access. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Disputes

If you have a problem with the Service, contact us first at purpleparrottt@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Entire agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, is the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
