Chat to PDF (the "Service", "we", "us") is operated under Kobaltstack LLC and runs this website at chat-to-pdf.com and publishes the Gemini to Word browser extension. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

We keep collection narrow:

• This website is a static site. It does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set tracking cookies.
• Contact form. If you send us a message, the form collects your email address and your message. It is processed by Google Forms.
• Uninstall feedback form. If you remove the extension, the optional feedback page collects the reason you share. It is processed by Google Forms.
• Inside the extension. Gemini to Word builds your Word and Markdown files locally in your browser. Your chat content is not sent to our servers. Images in an export may be fetched from their original sources, and PDF export can use your browser's print dialog or an optional local conversion service.
• Preferences. Your export preferences and selections are stored in extension storage on your device.
• Purchases. Paid plans are handled by our payment provider inside the extension. Card and billing details are processed by the payment provider; we do not store them.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the Service, respond to your messages, manage subscription access, fix problems and improve the extension. We may send service-related replies to the email address you gave us.

Google Forms collection

Our contact and uninstall feedback forms are Google Forms. When you submit one, your entries are transmitted to Google and processed under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Submitting is voluntary, and you can always reach us by email instead.

Sharing of information

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Service — currently Google (for Forms) and our payment provider (for purchases). We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and integrity of the Service and its users.

Data retention

We keep feedback and correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you and operate the Service, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Security

Exports are created locally in your browser, and this site is served over HTTPS. We use reasonable technical measures to protect the information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International processing

Information submitted through Google Forms may be processed on Google's servers in countries other than your own. By submitting a form you accept that transfer.

Your rights
